    The ORT Foundation announces that in compliance with the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 3rd November 2020, the activity of the Theater is suspended.

    The ORT’s guest conductor Beatrice Venezi leads the Christmas concert, along with another musician born in the 90s, Margherita Santi from Verona, who graduated from the conservatory aged sixteen and, a decade later, is enjoying a flourishing career all over Europe. Santi plays Chopin’s Piano Concerto Op. 11, written by the twenty-year-old composer as a visiting card to launch his international career as a travelling virtuoso. The programme also features Mendelssohn’s Scottish Symphony, composed in 1842; a score that evokes almost cinematic imagery.
