    «Pierino and the Wolf is a musical fairy tale that is normally read by an actor while an orchestra plays. It is an educational fairy tale that aims at helping young people learn to listen to music. The Pierino I made is not simply read, but it is also acted out: the story happens. The narrator becomes the main character in the story. It is a real musical show where the elements imagined thanks to pantomime and conjuring tricks are actually acted out. Here the music becomes an adventurous journey into the world of fairy tales, some of it real and some of it imaginary. We could define this Pierino and the Wolf as a “Theatre Concert”.
